John F Sercombe (JFS) is the only person who has been a Fellow of the REIA on the North Coast, an agent who commenced practice in 1973. He was also the only person at one stage, on the North Coast who was Accredited by the REINSW in Residential Sales, Auctioneering, Business Brokerage & Property Management all at the same time!
Having been a Board Member of the REINSW in the 1990's, JFS was an active Board Member of the Estate Agent’s Co-Operative (eAC) from 1998 & retired from there in 2022 upon it's sale to National Property Data. JFS lectured in Agency Practice for 25 years.
This firm is probably the longest continually run estate agency in the Coffs Harbour district - founded in 1977. We were also one of the longest established firms in the R&W Network as well - between September 1984 & April 2011.
When you list with us, not only are you doing business with a firm who deals with & gets on with, all other agents in this district but is able to distribute your listing via the eAC across a number of firms in this district, together with about 340 across the State. You have massive representation across many hundreds of agents, yet retain the personal service of our very experienced staff!

During COVID, we closed the office at the end of 2020 & were prepared to retire - his hasn't happened! People still need help it seems from someone who's motivation is to help them through their situation - be that property or business!
